The descriptions, materials, components, and colors of the products published on the website www.serimarca.it and in the catalogs available on it are intended as indicative. For more accurate product descriptions, we recommend contacting the SeriMarca customer service (Tel: 0438.1736135 / Fax: 0438.1890376) for any clarification.

SeriMarca reserves the right to make updates or changes to all items listed on the website and in the catalogs without these being grounds for dispute. Goods are considered sold under our general terms and conditions, as outlined below, and by placing an order, the customer accepts them without reservation.

Orders

Products listed on the website www.serimarca.it should preferably be ordered online, with no need for phone or fax communication.

We have a perfect online system to handle orders in detail and accurately calculate all items placed in the cart quickly and efficiently. If you are not yet used to shopping online, feel free to call us for guidance. Step by step, we can help you complete your online order.

Free Film Samples

SeriMarca offers one sheet of transparent or printed film (with the customer’s design or our stress test) as a sample in a limited quantity. In this case, the customer must request it by phone at 0438.1736135 or by email, providing complete company details. A one-time shipping fee of €8.99 + VAT will be charged. We can also ship using the customer’s preferred courier (please provide your courier account number).

Prices

We are pleased to offer our customers quantity discounts and special quotes for amounts other than those listed on the site.

The prices listed on the website and in the catalogs on www.serimarca.it are excluding VAT and are subject to change without prior notice unless the customer has already placed an order.

Payment Methods

Secure – Fast – Convenient

Payment can be made using the following methods:

  1. ADVANCED BANK TRANSFER – The customer will receive our bank details immediately after order confirmation. To speed up delivery, we accept a copy of the transfer with the CRO number sent via our fax at 0438.1890376 or by email at info@serimarca.it. Bank fees are the responsibility of the customer, both from Italian and foreign banks.
  2. PAYMENT UPON DELIVERY (COD) – The customer can pay for their online purchase upon delivery of the goods by the courier for orders up to €250.00, VAT included. For higher amounts, the customer can choose to pay 50% of the order value upon delivery, while the remaining 50% must be paid via advanced bank transfer.

This payment method incurs fees requested by the transport companies to securely handle the values entrusted to them.

The COD fee requested by the courier is: a one-time charge of €8.00 + VAT for values up to €200.00, and 4% for amounts exceeding that for COD handling fees.

  1. PAYPAL – For those already subscribed to PayPal, payments can be made directly from your PayPal account (www.paypal.it).

All data is transferred in an encrypted form via SSL certificates, ensuring that no external parties can intercept it. The entire transaction takes place on the PayPal site with maximum security.

The purchase can only be made by the PayPal account holder whose name and address must match the name and address registered on the www.serimarca.it website, even if different from the delivery address.

  1. VISA, MASTERCARD, POSTEPAY, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND CARTA AURA – via PayPal. Even non-registered PayPal users can use this service to make credit card payments with the same convenience and security.
  2. BANK DRAFTS (RIBA) – Requests for payment via RIBA must be sent by email to info@serimarca.it and will be individually assessed based on the documents submitted and credit availability.

Order Fulfillment Time

Orders for consumables are processed within approximately 5 working days from payment confirmation, or, for COD payments, from order confirmation (subject to stock availability).

SM Film Printers are processed within approximately 5 working days from payment confirmation.

DTG JetPlay printers are processed within 30-45 days from payment confirmation.

Goods are generally delivered within 24 hours throughout Italy via our partner couriers (48 hours for islands, check the postal code).

Please note that orders are processed after payment confirmation or, for COD or installment payments, from order confirmation.

SeriMarca will handle the shipment through one of its partner couriers and inform customers of the shipment status and delivery times. The shipping cost is calculated directly online at the time of ordering based on the weight/volume of individual items.

SeriMarca is not liable to the customer for delayed delivery due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances reported by the courier.

Invoicing

When registering on the website www.serimarca.it, customers must correctly fill in the complete company details, including the recipient code, which will be used for the preparation of electronic invoices and forwarded directly through the SDI system.

Complaints and Disputes

Complaints regarding consumables must be promptly notified in writing to our office via email within 5 (five) days of receipt by the customer. Complaints submitted after this period will not be accepted. Returns are accepted only if the goods are defective or due to shipping errors and only after written authorization from SeriMarca.

Complaints regarding printers must be promptly notified in writing to our office via email within 2 (two) days of receipt by the customer for damaged or malfunctioning items due to shipping. Printers come with a 1-year warranty.

SeriMarca will assess the damage and, if applicable, reimburse the return shipping cost and assume responsibility for the subsequent shipment. Unauthorized returns without our written confirmation will be rejected and must be sent freight prepaid, even for defective goods.

Any incorrectly returned goods sent by the customer must be retrieved at their own expense. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

Returned goods must be intact and properly packaged.

The competent court for any disputes is the one where SeriMarca di Czertok e Manno has its administrative headquarters.
